Syed Mohsin Hussain

Founder, ChatConvert.

I'm 18, I live in Navi Mumbai, and I build every automation ChatConvert ships myself, from the first prompt to the last webhook.

How it started

ChatConvert started as a plan to help businesses scale without hiring a person for every inbox.

Then I came across TimeLabs Co., a custom watch brand that sells almost entirely through Instagram DMs, and we started working together. I built the system that answers their inbox, scores who is close to buying and tells the team when someone is ready. It still runs every day, and ChatConvert grew out of it.

The path so far

  1. After 10th: Started building. Learning to code, then building with AI and language models.
  2. 11th and 12th: PCM at Father Agnel. Physics, Chemistry and Maths at Father Agnel Junior College, Vashi, with building on the side.
  3. The plan: ChatConvert. Automation for businesses that want to grow without their team drowning in messages.
  4. First build: TimeLabs Co.. A live brand, real buyers, every DM answered. The case study on this site is that build.
  5. Now: College, and ChatConvert. A college student in Navi Mumbai, building and running every ChatConvert system.

What I work with

LLMs, RAG and AI agents

Agents that answer from a brand's own catalogue and policies, score how close someone is to buying, and decide when a follow-up is worth sending.

Prompting, RAG, Lead scoring, Voice agents

Automation

n8n workflows, webhooks and queues that join Instagram, WhatsApp and the tools a business already uses, and keep running when nobody is watching.

n8n, Webhooks, Instagram API, WhatsApp API

You talk to the person who builds it.

No account manager in between. The person on your call is the one who writes your automation, reads what it says to your customers and fixes it when something is off.

When I'm not building, I'm travelling. The photo up top is from one of those trips.
