AI replies
Your own key: Free on Pro
Paste an API key from OpenAI, Anthropic or Google Gemini into your dashboard. It is stored encrypted, and you pay the provider directly for what you use.
Managed AI: $40 per month
We run the model and pay the bill. Includes 8,000 AI replies a month, with nothing to set up.
Max is a one-time setup and then $200 a month, with AI included: a $40 credit when it goes live, then usage is billed. Bespoke is priced on scope. Pro is paid every 3 months, on WhatsApp, in your currency, and Free is free for good. On Pro, AI is optional: bring your own key at no charge, or add Managed AI for $40 a month.

Replies inside 24 hours
Instagram lets a business message someone within 24 hours of their last message. Follow-ups and waits are timed inside that window, never after it.
One DM per comment
A comment can be answered with one private message until the person replies. Flows open with a button so the chat can carry on from there.
Only people who wrote first
ChatConvert never cold-messages anyone. Every DM answers a comment, a story reply, an ad click or a message.
