Automation built around how you sell.

We design, build and run AI automation for your Instagram, WhatsApp and calls, shaped to your catalogue, your buyers and your team. Our developers do the work, and keep doing it after launch.

What a build becomes

Instagram, WhatsApp (official Business API) and calls feed a reply agent, a lead scorer, a follow-up agent and a voice agent. The agents read from your catalogue, policies and past answers, refreshed nightly. They feed your own dashboard, hot-lead alerts and reports, and your team talks to serious buyers only.

How a build goes

  1. We read how you sell

Before anything is built, we go through your past DMs with you, your catalogue, your prices and your policies. We write down what people ask, in the words they use, and where a chat that looked like a sale went quiet.

Your part: One call, and access to your inbox. For TimeLabs we read the chats one by one before writing a line of code.

  2. We map the conversation

We turn that reading into a written plan: the signals that mark a serious buyer (a budget, a size, a delivery date, a pincode), the questions that only need an answer, and what should happen at every turn. You read it and change it before we build.

Your part: Read the plan. Change what is wrong. TimeLabs: ask what they want first, then show watches. Never a wall of cards to someone who said "hi".

  3. We build the knowledge

Your products, specs, prices, delivery rules and past answers go into a knowledge base the AI reads before it replies (this is what RAG means). It is refreshed every night from your website or store, so a new price is the price by morning.

Your part: Nothing. We pull it from your site. TimeLabs: every watch has its specs and its own questions and answers, rebuilt nightly.

  4. We write the agents and the logic

Several small agents, each with one job: one replies, one scores how close someone is to buying, one decides when a follow-up is worth sending, one can call a lead back by voice. Around them sits the logic only your business has, like cash on delivery rules or custom orders.

Your part: Nothing, unless a rule needs your call. TimeLabs: a lead rater, follow-ups that stop after one nudge, and a pause the moment the team types.

  5. We build your dashboard

A dashboard made for how your team works: the inbox, every lead ranked by how likely they are to buy, a summary of what each one wants, and the numbers you check every morning. Hot leads also arrive by email.

Your part: Tell us which numbers you look at. TimeLabs: customer profiles, a leads list the team ticks off, and a report at 9 every night.

  6. We connect your channels

Instagram DMs and comments through Meta's official login, WhatsApp through the official Business API, and a voice line for call agents. One system behind all of them, so a buyer who moves from Instagram to WhatsApp is still the same buyer.

Your part: Approve the Meta permissions. One login each. TimeLabs: a WhatsApp button on every handover, with the number written into the message as well.

  7. We test it on real conversations

Past conversations are replayed through the new system and every answer is checked against what should have happened. We fix what is off, then switch it on in stages, starting with test accounts.

Your part: Look at the results if you want to. TimeLabs: changes are replayed against real chats before they reach a customer.

  8. We watch it and keep changing it

Once it is live we read what it says to your customers, fix what is wrong and add what you ask for. New collection, new offer, new rule: tell us and it changes. There is no limit on revisions, and the monthly fee covers keeping it running.

Your part: Message us when you want a change. TimeLabs: changes most weeks since August 2026, each one tested first.

Benefits of bespoke automation

Hours back, every day

The questions your team answers fifty times a day get answered without them. TimeLabs sends about 200 AI replies on a normal day that nobody had to type.

Buyers apart from browsers

Every chat is scored from what the person says: the product, a budget, a size, a date. Someone who types "price?" and leaves is handled by the system. Someone asking about delivery to their pincode is flagged.

Serious buyers get your best people

Your team spends its time on the chats that are close to paying, and opens each one with a summary of what the buyer wants already written.

Everyone gets an answer

Every message is answered in seconds, at 2 pm or 2 am, in the language it was typed in. Nobody waits for a shift to start.

No lead slips through

Every number, every request and every "call me" is logged on a list someone has to tick off, and the hottest ones land in your email as they happen.

Follow-ups by voice

When a lead goes quiet or asks for a call, a voice agent can ring them, ask what held them up and book a time with your team. Included in Max; the calling charges are billed as used.

Answers that are true

The AI answers from your catalogue and your policies. It does not invent a price, a size or a delivery date, and when it does not know, it says so.

You learn why people do not buy

A weekly read of what people asked and what stopped them, so prices, photos and offers change for a reason instead of a hunch.

It changes when you do

A new collection, a new offer, a new rule. Tell us and it is changed and tested. There is no revision count.

Plans

Max (full ai infrastructure): $830 one-time setup (₹80,000 in India, WhatsApp official API included), then $200 a month

Full AI infrastructure, built and run for you the way we run TimeLabs. You tell us how you sell. Our developers build it and keep changing it.

  • Instagram DMs and comments, and WhatsApp on the official API
  • Custom logic written for how you sell
  • Your own dashboard, built to your workflow
  • RAG agents that answer from your catalogue and policies
  • Lead scoring that separates buyers from browsers
  • Voice call agents for follow-ups (call charges billed as used)
  • AI included: a $40 credit to start, then usage billed
  • Unlimited revisions, with no count
  • Our developers do the setup. You do nothing.

Bespoke: priced on scope

For brands whose automation has to reach past the inbox: the store, the CRM, shipping, several brands. Everything in Max, scoped to your whole business.

  • Store, CRM, shipping and payment integrations
  • Several brands, accounts or channels in one system
  • Cash on delivery and order requests inside the chat
  • Reports built around the numbers you run the business on
  • Custom flows for launches, drops and campaigns
  • A dedicated engineer who knows your account
  • AI included: a $40 credit to start, then usage billed
  • Unlimited revisions, for as long as you are with us

AI is included on both, with a $40 credit when the build goes live; usage after that is billed as used. Voice calls carry the calling provider's per-minute charges, and Meta's own WhatsApp charges apply where Meta makes them.

Rather run it yourself? See Pro (beta).

Questions

What do I have to do?

Very little. One call so we understand how you sell, a read of the plan we write, and the Meta permissions when we connect your accounts. Our developers do everything else, including the changes you ask for later.

How long does a build take?

It depends on what is in it. The plan you approve in the second step has the dates in it, and parts go live as they are ready instead of all at the end.

How is AI billed on Max and Bespoke?

AI is included. You get a $40 credit when your build goes live; after that we bill what the AI actually uses, with the numbers shown in your dashboard.

Are voice calls included?

Voice call agents are included in Max and Bespoke. The calling provider charges per minute, and those charges are billed separately, as used.

What does the $200 a month cover?

Keeping the system running: hosting, monitoring, fixes when Meta changes something, and the updates and revisions you ask for. There is no count on revisions.

Can I still use the templated plans?

Yes. Free and Pro are still here for anyone who would rather set things up themselves from a template. Pro is in beta.
