Instagram automation, built for how India buys.
Your buyers type "kitna hai" and ask about COD before anything else. ChatConvert grew out of an Indian D2C brand's inbox, so it expects both.
- Prices in rupees, paid on WhatsApp
- Hinglish understood
- COD questions answered
From comment to order
One comment. One sale. Nobody on your team typed a word.
- Someone comments on your post. They type "price" under a reel. Within seconds there is a public reply, so everyone scrolling sees you answer.
- A DM lands in their inbox. Instagram allows one private message per comment, so it opens with a button. One tap and the chat is open.
- The product, with its price. The card is the product from that post, with the price from your website and a link to buy.
- Questions answered in their words. Hinglish, a slipped letter, a few messages in a row. They are read together and answered from your own policy pages.
- Your team meets only serious buyers. Asking about cash on delivery after seeing the price marks a real buyer, so that chat is flagged. Everyone who was only curious got their answer and needed nobody.
- priya.s comments: "price?"
- Public reply: "Sent you a DM with the details."
- kora.jewels: Hi Priya! Thanks for the comment. Tap below and I'll send you the details here. [Show me]
- Customer: Show me
- Product cards: Aurora Diamond Ring (₹24,999), Luna Silver Hoops (₹1,899)
- kora.jewels: That's the one from the post. Anything else you'd like to know? (quick replies: Delivery, Returns, Talk to us)
- Customer: cod available hai?
- kora.jewels: Yes, cash on delivery is available on orders up to ₹30,000.
- (Serious buyer: your team is told)
What it does
Hinglish is not an edge case
kitna, daam, kab tak, cod hai, size chart: the words Indian buyers use are built into how every question is read, next to the English.
COD and delivery, answered first (Pro)
Cash on delivery, delivery time and returns are the questions that decide a sale. They are answered from your own policy pages, word for word.
WhatsApp when it matters
A buyer who is ready, or who asks for a person, gets a Chat on WhatsApp button when your number is set. Your team spends its time there, on people about to pay.
Pay in rupees, on WhatsApp
Plans show in rupees and you pay on WhatsApp. There is no card form, and the team confirms the exact amount before you pay.
Set it up
- Connect Instagram and add your WhatsApp number in Settings.
- Switch on the templates for your niche: comment to DM, prices, answers and a way to reach you for serious buyers.
- Add the Hinglish words your buyers use to your keywords, then switch it on.
Questions
Can replies be in Hindi?
Questions in Hindi and Hinglish are understood on every plan. With AI switched on, the reply is written in the language the customer used.
Is GST included in the plan prices?
Prices exclude GST, which is added where the law requires it. The team confirms the exact amount on WhatsApp before you pay.
Do I need a Facebook Page?
No. You connect with Instagram's own login, using a Business or Creator account.
Does it work for brands outside India?
Yes. Prices show in your currency and replies work in English everywhere. The Hinglish understanding is simply there when your buyers use it.
